Rates Include the Following:
Insurance based on Limited Liability Valuation of $0.60 Cents Per Lbs.,per Article / (FVP Insurance of 10,000 travel and cargo included ). Offered at an Additional Cost with 100K max coverage. 1 million General Liability Insurance coverage for $200.00 dollars deposit and Deductable.

-Pick Up & Delivery Service.

Note: This estimate excludes packing supplies and/or packing services (materials such as boxes, crating, tape, mattress covers, bubble, shrink or bubble wrap). If needed Please ask about pricing on Packing Materials, however we can provide for discount rates.
 

Disposal of unwanted items removed from locations are an estimated price based upon disposal items, size, weight or quantity.
TV wall mount mount removal is $30.00
3rd floors with stairs is a one time surcharge of $50.00 per each 3rd floor level. Shrink Wrap is $18.00 per roll on labor loading jobs only.
Removal of refrigerator or interior home doors is $20 to remove and put back on.
First 2 hours minimum payment due at ARRIVAL at first location. Additional Stops are $25.00 per.
It is our policy that certain delicate/Fragile items(such as televisions, computers, stereos, lamps, mirrors, pictures frames,marble objects, glass objects, glass table tops, sofas and mattresses) need to be protected by no less than shrink wrap, furniture pads or be placed in boxes or crates before being moved. You can box or crate these items yourself or have our team box, crate or wrap them for you on moving day. Drawers of all furniture must be emptied or no items listed in them are insurance. We the assigned moving company reserves the right to cancel any moving services at our discretion.

UNDER COUNTY LAW YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A WRITTEN ESTIMATE OF THE TOTAL COST OF YOUR MOVE AND A COPY OF THE DISCLOSURE STATEMENT.PLEASE REVIEW THESE DOCUMENTS TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE COMPLETE.

JURISDICTION,VENUE AND CONTROLLING LAW; The customer/shipper consents to the jurisdiction and the venue of any court of general jurisdiction of Harris County , or Galveston county Texas if any legal proceeding arising out of this agreement shall be brought only in such courts. In the event customer/shipper institutes legal proceedings in any court other than specified, customer/shipper shall assume all  Moving Company’s costs in connection there with, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys fees. The parties acknowledge that customers in all greater Texas ,but mostly in the Harris and Galveston County areas and cannot subject itself to jurisdictions throughout the state, other than the Galveston county and Harris County and is a reasonable and appropriate jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of this agreement. By accepting this Customers must read about their rights and responsibilities when they move.

PAYMENT TERMS:

*PAYMENT TERMS AND METHODS: Method of final payment must be in cash or postal money, cashiers check or by Cash App. No personnel checks accepted. First 2 hours is due at arrival. No deposit required to reserve your moving service however if moving on same day of calling or last minute moves , there is a minimum $25.00 credit card deposited or by cash or Cash to retain service.
If moving long distance minimal 50% deposit of total is due at arrival in same payments form above.
